Der Titel ist wirklich sehr passend. Was blieb vom Tag, besser gesagt von den 24 Stunden, innerhalb derer so ein Störfall wie mit meinem Telefonanschluss behoben werden sollte?
Nicht viel, ehrlich gesagt. Dazu hätte ich die Zeitspanne auf satte 312 Stunden ausdehnen müssen. So lange dauerte es schlussendlich, bis ich meine eigene Telefonnummer wieder bei mir wusste.
An jenem bereits vorausgesagten Freitag erschien tatsächlich um 8.15 Uhr ein Mensch von der Telekom, und 10 Minuten später war bereits alles wieder in Orndung. Zehn Minuten. Eine sechstel Stunde. Weiter hoch zu rechnen und zu vergleichen fehlt mir gerade die Lust.
Der Mensch ging übrigens nicht ohne den Kommentar, dass es wohl doch an Arcor gelegen haben soll. Schuld zuweisen ist wohl echt einfacher als sie einzugestehen. Kein Wort von verpassten Terminen und Nichterscheinen.
Meine Rechnung für den Monat beanstande ich natürlich gerade. Zwei, wenn nicht sogar drei Wochen ohne vernünftige Erreichbarkeit, das sehe ich nicht ein zu bezahlen. Die Woche davor war ich auch nicht angerufen worden, warum wohl...
Selbst wenn bei Arcor ein ähnliches Unvermögen herrschen sollte: Dort zahle ich immerhin deutlich weniger für die gleiche Inkompetenz!
Und habe auch noch freundlichere Personen am Telefon.
